Our Fish

The Symfiny Care Promise

Not Just Fish. Symfiny Fish.

At Symfiny Farms, we believe fish deserve more than tanks — they deserve thriving little worlds. That’s why every Symfiny fish is raised with patience, purpose, and respect. When you welcome one of our fish into your tank, you’re not just getting a pet. You’re bringing home a life raised the right way.

What Makes Symfiny Fish Different

Raised in Living, Planted Tanks

Our fish grow in natural, planted environments that mimic true ecosystems — not bare, crowded tanks. This gives them shelter, calm, and stronger immune systems.

Superior, Stable Water Quality

We test and balance our water every week. Healthy water means healthy fish, ready to thrive in your Eduquarium or home aquarium.

Gentle, Natural Care

We focus on preventive care and strong immunity, using natural methods over harsh chemicals. Stress free fish stay healthier for longer.

Balanced, Nutritious Diets

Our fish are fed a mix of natural feeds that boost color, energy, and long term vitality.

Locally Raised with Patience, Not Speed

We don’t mass produce. Every generation is given time to grow strong, so they adapt quickly and live longer once they reach you.

Eco Friendly, Sustainable Practices

From conserving water to reusing natural resources, we farm with the Earth in mind — because caring for fish means caring for their world, too.

Our Promise to You

Most store bought fish are imported or mass bred in stressful conditions. Symfiny fish are different: raised slowly, locally, and sustainably in balanced, living tanks. That’s our care promise — so you can feel confident knowing your fish have already been given the best start in life.

Meet Our Fish – One by One

Each fish comes with its own personality, story, and care needs. Here’s a closer look at our core species:

Oscar (Astronotus ocellatus)

What Makes Them Special:

Oscars are intelligent and interactive — many recognize their owners, beg for food, and even play. But they’re best in species-only or large single-fish tanks due to their aggression.
Symfiny Tip: Oscars love rearranging decor. Choose heavy rocks and secure plants!

Rainbowfish (Melanotaenia spp.)

What Makes Them Special:

These fish sparkle with every swim — males flash bright hues during courtship. They’re perfect for large planted tanks with open swimming space.
Symfiny Tip: Keep in groups of 6+ for best coloration and confidence.

Guppy (Poecilia reticulata)

What Makes Them Special:

Playful, prolific, and full of color — guppies are the perfect entry into fishkeeping. They thrive in groups and often have personalities!
Symfiny Tip: Avoid keeping only males — add females for harmony and natural behaviour

Swordtail (Xiphophorus hellerii)

What Makes Them Special:

Their signature sword-shaped tail adds drama to any tank. They love space to swim and get along well with other peaceful livebearers.
Symfiny Tip: Add floating plants — they love surface time.

Angelfish (Pterophyllum scalare)

What Makes Them Special:

Elegant and expressive, angelfish are striking centerpieces. Their tall bodies need vertical space and calm tankmates.
Symfiny Tip: Add Keep as pairs or in a peaceful community, avoid fin-nippers.

Polar Parrot Cichlid

What Makes Them Special:

A hybrid beauty with snowy white scales and soft pink hues. They’re expressive and trainable but prefer their own space.
Symfiny Tip: Add Avoid aggressive tankmates; use rounded décor to prevent injuries.

Goldfish (Carassius auratus)

What Makes Them Special:

From fantails to comets, goldfish are timeless companions. They live long and grow large — treat them with respect!
Symfiny Tip: Add Never keep goldfish in a bowl. They need filtration and space!

Koi (Cyprinus carpio)

What Makes Them Special:

Symbols of peace, strength, and longevity, koi are living art. They become hand-fed friends over time.
Symfiny Tip: Add Keep water well-oxygenated. They thrive with lilies and calm surroundings.

Pleco (Hypostomus spp. / Ancistrus spp.)

What Makes Them Special:

Plecos help keep algae in check — especially the smaller Bristlenose variety. They’re shy but hardworking tank companions.
Symfiny Tip: Add Add driftwood — they graze on biofilm and love to hide!
