Who We Are

Our Story

It started with a puddle of silence.

We didn’t plan to build a farm. We just dug a little pond in our backyard — a quiet place for our sons, Asher and Aidan, to explore. At first they ran circles around it. Then they started to sit. Watch. Wait. Something shifted. They grew calmer. More focused. More curious. In their stillness, we found our purpose. That small pond became our blueprint for Symfiny — a family-led mission to bring the wonder of water into children’s lives, and to nurture a generation who care for life, drop by drop.

Our Vision

To bring the calm, curiosity, and care of water into everyday life.

We believe that when children learn to care for water and life, they awaken a deeper instinct — to care for everything. Our vision is a world where every child grows up with nature not as a subject, but as a quiet companion — one they understand, respect, and protect.

Our Mission

To nurture the next generation of Waterkeepers.

We merge science with stillness, care with curiosity, to transform aquariums into living classrooms of wonder. Through sustainable aquaculture and mindful daily care, we help children slow down, observe gently, and grow responsibly — building not just knowledge, but character.
“Water quiets all the noise, all the distractions, and connects you to your own thoughts. The Surprising Science That Shows How Being Near, In, On, or Under Water Can Make You Happier, Healthier, More Connected…”

Blue Mind: (2014)

“We are beginning to learn that our brains are hardwired to react positively to water and that being near it can calm and connect us, increase innovation and insight, and even heal what’s broken.”

Our Philosophy

Water teaches what words cannot.

At Symfiny, we follow the gentle wisdom of Blue Mind Theory — the belief that water naturally calms, heals, and restores the human mind.
